Terms & Conditions
The booking of dates is secured by payment of a €400 non refundable administration/booking fee deductible from the total fee.
This fee covers work and expenses incurred in advance of the event including Accounting, Insurance, VAT, PRSI, liaising with venue/vendors, maintenance of equipment, rehearsal of programme material, and the consultation process with the client.
In a situation where a date needs to be rescheduled, the booking fee can be transferred to the new date, subject to the band’s availability and only under the following circumstances (death of close family member/miscarriage, serious illness, pandemic, closure of venue).
In the event where a rescheduled date cannot be accommodated by the band, we will advise the client on alternative recommended entertainment options.
Where required, a contract will be issued to the client/couple outlining, in detail, all terms and conditions.
