Goodbye Wayne, Hello Derek
After twelve years, we said a heavy-hearted goodbye to our old pal, Wayne, as he and his partner headed off to the sunnier climes of Sardinia to begin their new life in July of this year. We wish them both the very best, although it must be said, after the recent change of weather, we are feeling a little jealous of them.
So... we'd like to introduce you to our new bass player, Derek Monaghan who has taken to the role like a duck to water. A fabulous player, and all-round decent skin, Derek has been laying down the low end like there's no tomorrow, even adding his sense of humour over the mic at the gigs to boot. There's no stopping him, lads.
He's flying through the setlist at such a rate that we're adding new songs to the set on a weekly basis.
It's the rest of us who'll have to keep up.
